As of January 2021 there will be three vacant positions on the ARCS Executive committee.
This is an exciting time for ARCS and we are on the lookout for new members of the Executive Committee to be integral to the establishment of the newly-formed professional society. We would love to consider nominations from Andrologists, Academic Scientists and Embryologists alike. Equally, it’s important that we have representatives from both NHS and private clinics.
We would particularly like to consider applications from individuals interested in membership development, grants, social media and events.
If this is something you would like to get involved in then please do apply, or get in touch to find out more about what’s involved.
Being on the Exec is extremely rewarding and you’ll receive a warm welcome from us all.
Candidates should be full members of ARCS. They should be highly motivated in contributing to the society and should be able to spare the time needed to carry out the duties. The Executive Committee meets four times a year, but there are also some meetings at other organisations and societies throughout the year which need to be attended and will be shared amongst the committee members. Please check before standing that your employer will allow you this time away from work.
To apply, please complete the Nomination Form that can be downloaded from the ARCS website knowledge hub.
https://www.arcscientists.org/knowledge-hub/
In no more than 100 words, please describe your career to date and what you feel you would be able to contribute to ARCS. Your nomination will need to be proposed and seconded by ARCS members. Please send this to rebeccaswannivf@gmail.com and please feel free to contact Rebecca directly if you would like to know more before applying. I look forward to receiving your application!
Deadline for applications is Wednesday 18th November!
