Following the success of the ARCS pilot “Buddy-up Scheme” and launch of the ARCS Mentorship Scheme in the New Year, ARCS are hosting a Mentorship Session. This afternoon session is designed to support those members who have applied to become mentors or would be interested in becoming a mentor in the future. The event will be online and led by Tom Bamber, a coach with years of experience and who recently led the very well received ARCS Career Development Day.
