ARCS is hosting a meeting to discuss the challenges of Quality Management in ART.
This event is suitable for all members and non-members involved in Quality Management. The event is being planned for the 5th November 2020 and will be free for all ARCS members and £65 for non-ARCS members.
This one-day event welcomes all ART professionals- Quality Managers, Embryologists, Andrologists, Nurses and Doctors, involved in QM to gather for a day, listen to expert presenters and share and discuss their views and experiences.
Lectures will be given by national and international speakers, exploring topics in which Quality Managers have expressed the most interest in our most recent survey:
- Attaining ISO 15189
- Meaningful KPIs: what to measure? Core KPIs and Vienna consensus
- Psychology of Quality Management: getting everyone involved
- Incidents Trends from a HFEA perspective
- ISO 9001: standardization, strategies, challenges, solutions
This event will incorporate an expert panel Q&A session to encourage open discussions and troubleshooting for all of our delegates.
