The Embryology and Andrology Training
Guides are designed by ARCS to promote consistency, and excellence in clinical scientist training across the reproductive sciences. These resources have been collaboratively produced by educators, clinical
scientists and trainees to ensure they reflect both current best practice and the evolving needs of our assisted reproduction laboratories. They cover both practical and

Personal support via a collaboration between ARCS & BICA counsellors
One of the challenges facing our membership in recent years has been dealing with emotional challenges, such as stress, burnout and ethical dilemmas. With this in mind the executive team have collaborated with British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA) to provide confidential support for our members. You can email ARCS and if appropriate they will refer you to a counsellor for support paid for by ARCS.
As a member of ARCS, you have access to apply for an ARCS outreach, research or travel grant.
Research and Outreach grants are to fund small or pilot research and public education materials. Travel grants are offered to enable members the opportunity to attend relevant meetings and training days.

RBMO is an internationally renowned peer-reviewed medical journal dedicated to all aspects of human reproduction and fertility.

ARCS mentorship scheme as a mentor or mentee is free to all members. Offering career advice and support at any stage
This scheme is there to help provide opportunities for more experienced reproductive scientists to develop those who need some professional support. ARCS is a professional body recognized by HM Revenue and Customs for tax relief purposes. You can claim tax relief if you pay for your ARCS membership yourself (it is not paid for or reimbursed by your employer) and the membership is directly relevant to your current job. You can claim online via this portal.
