This annual event, delivered by experienced counsellors from the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA), is designed to equip reproductive clinical scientists with the skills and confidence to communicate difficult news to patients effectively and compassionately.

Tailored specifically for professionals working in Reproductive Science, the course features an interactive and engaging workshop led by two highly experienced trainers. Through practical exercises and discussion, participants will explore techniques for delivering difficult news with empathy and professionalism.

The programme aims to provide reproductive scientists with a comprehensive communication toolkit, enabling them to navigate challenging conversations with patients while also developing strategies to support their own wellbeing and resilience when delivering sensitive information.

Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Early registration is advised.  Places are free for ARCS members and £50 for non-members. Delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance that can be used towards CPD points.
